PLACE AN ORDER
★ When will I get my dress?

All of our dresses are made-to-order. Please see the estimated delivery date above.

★ Is there more colors I can choose from?

Yes, we offer 40+ standard colors for you to choose from and also provide the option of custom colors for those seeking a more unique shade. Feel free to contact our service email for more help! Check our BESPOKE page for more details.

★ Can I change the original style?

Yes, we provide customized options based on the regular dress style to make it more special. Check our BESPOKE page for more details.

★ How can I make sure that the bridesmaid dresses I ordered are the same color?

Please order fabric swatches to make sure it's the right color you like. Secondly, we suggest putting all dresses together in one order.

SIZE

★ How can I choose a suitable size?

Please confirm your size using our measurement images and measurement chart. If the images don't help you, you can always go to your local tailor and have your size taken. The best way to find out which size will fit you best is to compare your measurements (especially the bust and waist) with our sizing chart, which is also included on each dress's product page.

★ Should I choose standard size or custom size?

All of our dresses are available in full sizes 2-26w. Please note that the dress will fit if your bust, waist, hips, and hollow to floor with shoes on are less than 1'' from the standard size, otherwise it's best to go for the customized size. We provide customized sizes for each dress. There is no extra charge for a custom size, and the processing time is exactly the same as a standard size.

★ What if the item according to the size requirements but don’t fit?

If you carefully follow our size chart guide before selecting your size, we are confident that your dress(es) will fit you perfectly. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor.

★ How can I do if the custom dress is unsuitable for me?

We apologize that our custom items are final sale as the dresses are made specifically to your measurements. Please make sure your measurements are accurate before placing your order. For additional assistance and help, we offer a limited alteration reimbursement.

REFUND & RETURN

★ How to cancel my order?

Please contact us at customer@kzktio.com within 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after canceling the order. For more details, please check our return policy page.

★ How to return the dress?

Please submit a return request via email at customer@kzktio.com within 15 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return. For more details, please check our return policy.

★ How shall I do if I don't get my order?

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all packages to our customers' addresses. We will also send you an email with the order's tracking number. If you are unable to receive the package after the delivery, please contact us immediately, as well as your local carrier. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
