All dress photos are taken under studio lighting. The actual fabric color may vary slightly due to lighting, fabric batch difference, and different monitor, screen or device color calibration. Minor color difference is not considered a manufacturing defect.
2. Measurement & Fit Disclaimer
Our size chart is for reference only. All manual measurements may have a tolerance of ±1–2 cm. We are not liable for fitting issues caused by customers’ self-measurement errors, wrong size selection, body shape changes, or personal fit preference. Custom-sized dresses are made based on measurements submitted by the buyer; incorrect measurements provided by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility. Custom orders may require minor local alterations after delivery.
3. Custom Order Disclaimer
Custom-made, modified, altered or personalized dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable under applicable consumer laws where permitted. Please double-check all size, style, fabric and color details before confirming custom orders.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KZKTIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic damages, including but not limited to event ticket cost, venue fee, travel expense, lost celebration or other third-party costs arising from delayed delivery, fitting issue, minor color variation or other non-material defects. Our total maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the dress in question. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be waived by law, including personal injury, fraud or willful misconduct.
