For All Standard Size Orders:
We offer easy returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you'd like to return an item, simply submit a return request via email at customer@kzktio.com within 15 days of receiving your order to ensure eligibility for a return. Please note that shipping fees and any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For All Custom Size Orders:
Since our custom-made dresses are tailored specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns on custom size orders. However, if you receive any items that are damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly, we will be happy to issue a refund or send a replacement item to resolve the issue, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
